Determines whether the event for the MultiView control is passed to the page's UI server control hierarchy.

The MultiView control cannot find the View specified in the CommandArgument property of e
.
The CommandArgument property of e
cannot be parsed as an integer.
Remarks
A MultiView control contains View controls that raise events. This method overrides the base implementation to handle navigation between View controls.
