Occurs before the Insert(Int32, Parameter) method is called.

Parameters

The Parameter that is inserted into the ParameterCollection.
Remarks
The OnInsert method is called to perform additional processing before the Insert method is called.
Notes to Inheritors
This method allows implementers to define processes that must be performed before inserting an element into the underlying collection. By defining this method, implementers can add functionality to inherited methods without having to override all other methods.
