Gets the WebPart control that is acting as the consumer in the connection.

Remarks
A connection between controls in a Web Parts zone requires one control to act as the provider and another to act as the consumer. Each control must also have a connection point defined; in the consumer's case, the connection point must be a ConsumerConnectionPoint object.
