TextSelection 의 현재 선택을 포함하는 RichTextBox개체입니다.

반환된 기본 TextSelection 에 IsEmpty 속성 값 true가 있습니다. 빈 TextSelection 은 선택 영역이 없는 텍스트 영역에 캐럿으로 렌더링됩니다.
