Deletes a serializer plug-in from the registry.

Parameters

serializerDescriptor: SerializerDescriptor

The SerializerDescriptor for the plug-in.

Exceptions

ArgumentNullException

serializerDescriptor is null.

ArgumentException

The plug-in is not registered. See Remarks.

Remarks

Only fully trusted callers can use this method.

The method will interpret a registered plug-in as the same one passed to this method only if it is the same in all these properties: DisplayName, AssemblyName, AssemblyVersion, and WinFXVersion.
