Compares two key values for equivalence.

Parameters

a: Object

An Object that represents the first key to compare.

b: Object

An Object that represents the second key to compare.

Returns

Int32

An integer indicating the relationship between the two parameters.

Value Type	Condition
A negative integer.	`a` is less than `b`.
0	`a` equals `b`.
A positive integer.	`a` is greater than `b`.
