Removes a link at a specified location within the collection.

The value of index
is a negative value or greater than the number of items in the collection.
Remarks
When you remove a link from the collection, the indexes change for subsequent items in the collection. All information about the deleted link is lost. You can use this method to remove a specific link from the collection by specifying the index of the link to remove from the collection. To specify the link to remove instead of the index to the link, use the Remove method. To remove all links from the collection, use the Clear method.
