Performs the work of setting the bounds of this control.

Which values were specified. This parameter reflects user intent, not which values have changed.
Remarks
Inheriting classes can override this function to add size restrictions. Inheriting classes must call base.setBoundsCore
to actually cause the bounds of the control to change.
