Public Sub RemoveAt (index As Integer)
Parameters

The zero-based index of the integer to remove.
Remarks
When you remove an integer from the ListBox.IntegerCollection, the indexes change for subsequent integers in the collection. All information about the removed integer is deleted. You can use the RemoveAt method to remove a specific integer from the list by specifying the index of the integer to remove from the list. To specify the item to remove instead of the index to the item, use the Remove method.
