Sets the specified bounds of the ToolBar control.

Remarks
The SetBoundsCore method ignores width if the Dock property is set to Left or Right and the AutoSize property is set to true
. SetBoundsCore ignores height if the Dock property is set to Top or Bottom and the AutoSize property is set to true
.
