Returns a value that indicates whether this FontTypeConverter can convert a GlyphRun to an instance of a specified type.

true
if conversion is possible; otherwise, false
.
Remarks
As implemented in this class, this method returns true
only if destinationType
is Uri.
The context
parameter is not used. See Notes for Inheritors.
