Parameters
- scrollView
- UIScrollView
Scroll view where the content finished scrolling.
- willDecelerate
- Boolean
true
if the scrolling movement will continue (but decelerate) after the user lifts their finger. If false
then the scrolling stops immediately upon touch-up.
