IsStringNullOrEmptyConverter

바인딩 IsStringNullOrEmptyConverter 값이 bool null string.Empty인지 여부를 나타내는 단방향 변환기입니다.

이 메서드는 Convert 바인딩 value 이 있는 경우 또는 string.Empty.을 null 반환 true 합니다.

BaseConverter 속성
