Create a recruitment project

You can use the Recruitment projects list page to create new recruitment projects. For more information, see About recruitment projects.
Click Human resources > Common > Recruitment > Recruitment projects.
On the Action Pane, click New > Recruitment project.
Enter a name and description for the recruitment project.
Select the recruiter who is responsible for the recruitment project.
Select the job to recruit for and the department that the job is located in.
Enter the number of job openings to recruit for.
Select the hiring manager and an alternative contact.
Enter the following dates that are related to the recruitment project:
Requisition date – The date when the recruitment project was approved.
Open date – The date when you can start recruiting for the recruitment project.
Application deadline – The last date that applications can be submitted for the recruitment project and still be considered.
Close date – The date when the recruitment project closes.
Estimated start date – The approximate date that people who are hired for the job that is specified in the recruitment project start working at the job.
If a job ad exists for the recruitment project, you can select the Display job ad on Enterprise portal check box to list the job ad for the recruitment project on Enterprise Portal for Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Note
A recruitment project must have a status of Started before you can display the job ad on Enterprise Portal.
