패킷 캡처를 실행하기 위해 포함하거나 제외할 수 있는 AzureVMSS 인스턴스 목록입니다. 포함된 항목과 제외된 항목이 모두 비어 있으면 패킷 캡처가 AzureVMSS의 모든 인스턴스에서 실행됩니다.
