Microsoft Intune 2020년 10월 15일에 Silverlight 기반 Intune 콘솔에 대한 지원을 중지합니다. 이 사용 중지에는 Windows PC 관리에 사용되는 Silverlight 콘솔 구성 PC 소프트웨어 클라이언트(PC 에이전트라고도 함)에 대한 지원이 종료됩니다. 또한 Intune Silverlight의 앱 스토리지에만 사용된 Intune Storage Add-On 라이선스 제안을 종료합니다. 일상적인 Intune 관리를 Silverlight에서 Microsoft Intune 관리 센터로 이동합니다.

3. Microsoft Intune 관리 콘솔에서 보고를 검토하여 Intune PC 소프트웨어 클라이언트에서 관리하는 디바이스를 찾습니다.

5. Intune PC 소프트웨어 클라이언트를 사용하여 디바이스 등록을 취소하고 Intune MDM을 사용하여 디바이스를 다시 등록합니다. 최신 버전의 Windows 10 업데이트하는 것이 좋습니다. 2020년 1월 14일부터 Intune 더 이상 Windows 7을 지원하지 않습니다.
6. MDM을 Intune 앱을 추가합니다. 자세한 내용은 Microsoft Intune 앱 추가를 참조하세요.

참고: 현재 Intune 스토리지 추가 기능 라이선스가 있는 경우 Windows 10 PC를 관리하기 위해 MDM을 Intune 필요가 없습니다.

이렇게 변경하면 Windows 관리를 위한 MDM 채널을 통해 사용할 수 있는 향상된 기능을 활용할 수 있습니다. 2020년 10월 15일까지 가능한 한 빨리 마이그레이션하는 것이 좋습니다. 해당 날짜 이후에는 Silverlight 기반 Intune 콘솔에 더 이상 액세스할 수 없습니다. PC 소프트웨어 클라이언트로 관리되는 PC는 보안 업데이트 및 앱 수신을 중지하고 더 이상 구성할 수 없습니다.

디바이스에서 관리자 권한 명령 프롬프트를 사용하여 등록을 취소하고 다음 명령 중 하나를 실행합니다.

팁

Intune PC 소프트웨어 클라이언트의 등록을 취소하면 디바이스에 대한 부실 서버 쪽 레코드가 유지됩니다. 등록 취소 프로세스는 비동기적이며 제거할 에이전트가 9개 있으므로 완료하는 데 최대 30분이 걸릴 수 있습니다.

등록 취소 상태 확인

"%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft\OnlineManagement"를 확인하고 왼쪽에 다음 디렉터리만 표시되는지 확인합니다.

OnlineManagement 폴더 제거

등록 취소 프로세스는 OnlineManagement 폴더를 제거하지 않습니다. 제거 후 30분 정도 기다린 다음, 이 명령을 실행합니다. 너무 빨리 실행하면 제거가 알 수 없는 상태로 남을 수 있습니다. 폴더를 제거하려면 관리자 권한 프롬프트를 시작하고 다음을 실행합니다.
