FirstSkipBlockContent Stream Structure

The FirstSkipBlockContent stream structure is the content of the first SkipBlock structure in the SkipBlocks data element of a FieldDefinition stream. The FirstSkipBlockContent stream is simply a single data element, FieldName:

• FieldName: PackedUnicodeString, the field name.
