2.2.3.37 Count
The Count element is an optional child element of the Changes element in FolderSync command responses that specifies the number of added, deleted, and updated folders on the server since the last folder synchronization. These changes are listed in the Changes element. If there are no changes since the last folder synchronization, a Count element value of 0 (zero) is returned.
