Examples

Example 1: Restore a Network Controller

$RestoreProperties = New-Object Microsoft.Windows.NetworkController.NetworkControllerRestoreProperties
$RestoreProperties.RestorePath = "\\fileshare\backups\NetworkController\2017-04-25T16_53_13"
$RestoreProperties.Credential = BackupUser
$ResourceId = (Get-Date).ToString("s").Replace(":", "_")
New-NetworkControllerRestore -ResourceId $ResourceId -Properties $RestoreProperties -ConnectionUri https://networkcontroller

This example restores a Network Controller.

The first command creates a Network Controller restore properties object.

The second and third commands update properties in that object.

The fourth command creates a resource ID for the restore.

The final command restores the Network Controller database with the specified values.
