설명

지정된 URI를 올바르게 구문 분석할 수 없으면 해당 Uri 클래스 생성자에 의해 UriFormatException이 throw됩니다. 유효한 URI의 형식은 RFC 2396에 정의되어 있습니다.

Message 속성의 텍스트는 이 예외가 throw된 이유를 나타냅니다.
