음수 백분율 값의 서식 패턴입니다. InvariantInfo 기본값은 "-n %"를 나타내는 0입니다. 여기서, "%"는 PercentSymbol이며 n은 숫자입니다.

예외

예외 형식	조건
ArgumentOutOfRangeException	속성을 0보다 작은 값이나 11보다 큰 값으로 설정하는 경우
InvalidOperationException	속성이 설정되어 있으며 NumberFormatInfo는 읽기 전용인 경우
