속성 값
IList의 크기가 고정되어 있으면 true이고, 그렇지 않으면 false입니다.
설명
고정 크기의 컬렉션에서는 컬렉션이 만들어진 후에 요소를 추가하거나 제거할 수 없지만 기존 요소를 수정할 수는 있습니다.
