설정된 값이 0보다 작거나 MaxCapacity보다 큰 경우

설명

지정된 길이가 현재 길이보다 작으면 현재 StringBuilder 개체는 지정된 길이로 잘립니다. 지정된 길이가 현재 길이보다 크면 현재 StringBuilder 개체의 문자열 값 끝이 유니코드 NULL 문자(U+0000)로 채워집니다.

지정된 길이가 현재 용량보다 크면 Capacity가 지정된 길이로 설정됩니다.
