Configures a buffer mode and adds it to the HealthBufferModeSettings collection.

This element is new in the .NET Framework version 2.0.

Attributes

Attribute Description

name

Required String attribute.

Specifies the name for this buffer mode.

maxBufferSize

Required Int32 attribute.

Specifies the maximum number of events that can be buffered.

The value cannot be 0.

maxFlushSize

Required Int32 attribute.

Specifies the maximum number of events per flush.

The value must be between 1 and maxBufferSize.

urgentFlushThreshold

Required Int32 attribute.

Specifies the minimum threshold per flush.

The value must be less then or equal to maxBufferSize.

regularFlushInterval

Required TimeSpan attribute.

Specifies the time interval per flush.

The value cannot be 0.

urgentFlushInterval

Required TimeSpan attribute.

Specifies the minimum time between flushes.

The value must be between 0 and regularFlushInterval.

maxBufferThreads

Required Int32 attribute.

Specifies the maximum number of flushing threads.
