ADO.NET에서 비동기 작업을 수행하면 다른 스레드에서 다른 작업을 수행하는 동안 한 스레드에서 시간이 많이 걸리는 데이터베이스 작업을 시작할 수 있습니다. 그러나 대부분은 결국 데이터베이스 작업을 완료할 때까지 응용 프로그램을 계속 실행할 수 없는 지점에 이르게 됩니다. 이 경우 비동기 작업을 폴링하여 작업의 완료 여부를 확인하면 도움이 됩니다.
