How to: Edit Meeting Attendees
You can edit information for the attendees of a meeting to-do.
You can edit the information on the lines of the Attendee Scheduling card. You can only edit attendees from the organizer's to-do.
To edit attendees
In the Search box, enter Salespeople, and then choose the related link.
In the Salespeople window, select the salesperson who organized the to-do.
On the Salesperson/Purchaser card, on the Navigate tab, in the Salesperson group, choose To-dos.
In the To-do List window, select the to-do with the attendee information that you want to edit.
On the Navigate tab, in the To-do group, choose Attendee Scheduling.
Edit the information for the attendee.
Note
You cannot edit the information for attendees if Outlook is not connected to an Exchange Server, if Outlook offline folders are not enabled, or if the to-do is not synchronized with Outlook.
