The PlaceWareConfCenterauthUser attribute does not contain the user ID of a valid user, or the PlaceWareConfCenterauthPassword attribute does not contain the password of that user, or authTicket does not contain a valid ticket, or the user has an expireTime option and the current time is after the expire time.
