True if estimated duration shows a question mark.
Remarks
True if estimated duration shows a question mark; otherwise, false. ROJ_OPT_SHOW_EST_DUR maps to the Show that tasks have estimated durations option on the Schedule tab of the Options dialog box in Project Professional.
The default value for new projects is determined by the enterprise global template. If there is no enterprise global template value, the default value is true.
