Return Value
Type: System.Boolean
Returns true if the end of span1 is less than or equal to the end of span2; otherwise, returns false.
Remarks
This method compares only the end points of the spans. Therefore, this test does not mean that the two spans intersect, only that the end of the first span occurs at or before the end of the second span.
