설명

PointOrCount가 32비트 정수이면 OutlineSection은 편집 지점부터 편집 지점 뒤에 지정된 문자 수까지의 텍스트에 개요 섹션을 만듭니다. 각 줄의 끝에 있는 암시적 줄 바꿈 문자는 각각 한 문자로 계산됩니다.
