FileSystemPowerFunction (Compact 2013)

This function initiates a power-up or power-down sequence for all loaded file-system drivers.

Syntax

void FileSystemPowerFunction(
  DWORD dwflags
);

Parameters

  • dwflags
    [in] Distinguishes the type of power notification to be sent to the file system drivers.

    The following table shows the possible flags for this parameter.

    Flag

    Description

    FSNOTIFY_POWER_OFF

    Turn off the file system drivers.

    FSNOTIFY_POWER_ON

    Turn on the file system drivers.

Return Value

None.

Remarks

This function should only be called by the Power Manager or by the OEM if the Power Manager is not present and before they call the PowerOffSystem function.
