The following table shows the programming elements exported to the kernel from the interrupt latency timing library.

Programming Element	Description
IOCTL_HAL_ILTIMING	This IOCTL enables ILTiming.exe to interact with the kernel and OAL, when supported and properly implemented.
OALIoCtlHalILTiming	This function is called by OEMIoControl for the IOCTL_HAL_ILTIMING code. OALIoCtlHalILTiming is called to start and stop interrupt latency timing.
