IncomingFaxesArePublic specifies whether all incoming faxes that are not assigned to a specific user can be viewed by all users.

Values

true	Indicates that all incoming faxes that are not assigned to a specific user can be viewed by all users. This is the default value.
false	Indicates that all incoming faxes that are not assigned to a specific user can be viewed only by users with administrative privileges, who can then assign it to the appropriate user or users.
