RestartHour

RestartHour
and its companion setting, RestartMinute, are used to specify the time to perform automatic daily system maintenance to optimize the performance of Windows Media Center.
Note
The RestartEnabled setting must be set to true in the oobeSystem configuration pass for restartHour
to have any effect.
