Bluetooth SIG 정의 짧은 ID를 전체 GATT UUID로 변환합니다.

중요

ConvertShortIdToUuid API는 더 이상 사용되지 않으며 이후 버전의 Windows에서는 사용할 수 없습니다. 대신 BluetoothUuidHelper.FromShortId를 사용합니다.
