참고
DisplayProperties는 Windows 8.1 후 릴리스에서 변경되거나 사용할 수 없습니다. 대신 DisplayInformation을 사용합니다.
디스플레이의 PPI(인치당 픽셀)가 변경되므로 LogicalDpi 속성이 변경되면 발생합니다.
