참고

scrollToVerticalOffset은 Windows 8.1 후 릴리스에서 변경되거나 사용할 수 없습니다. 대신 ChangeView를 사용합니다.

ScrollViewer 내에 있는 콘텐츠를 지정된 세로 오프셋 위치로 스크롤합니다.
