서비스 시작

서비스를 시작하기 위해 서비스 제어 프로그램은 설치된 데이터베이스에 대한 핸들을 연 다음 StartService 함수 호출에서 핸들을 지정합니다. 서비스를 시작한 후 프로그램은 QueryServiceStatusEx 함수에서 반환된 SERVICE_STATUS_PROCESS 구조체의 멤버를 사용하여 서비스의 진행률을 추적합니다.
