IMetaDataTables::GetString method (rometadataapi.h)

Gets the string at the specified index from the table column in the current reference scope.

Syntax

HRESULT GetString(
  [in]  ULONG  ixString,
  [out] LPCSTR *ppString
);

Parameters

[in] ixString

The index at which to start to search for the next value.

[out] ppString

A pointer to a pointer to the returned string value.

Return value

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
