This article describes the new features and improvements in the Microsoft 365 Message center. For more information about Message center, see Prepare for Microsoft 365 updates with Message center.
April 2026
The Microsoft 365 Message center is now more timely, relevant, and concise to support actionable communications. To help IT admins quickly understand changes, posts now include bullet-point summaries, direct links to documentation, and launch-day announcements instead of early notifications.
A new Timing of change column allows you to sort and filter posts by when a rollout is planned. To view a list of all available columns and their descriptions, see Message center in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
For AI-powered workflows, you can use Microsoft Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server for Enterprise. For more information, see Overview of Microsoft MCP Server for Enterprise.
