IrqlIoApcLte rule (wdm)

The IrqlIoApcLte rule specifies that the driver calls the following I/O manager routines only when it is executing at IRQL <= APC_LEVEL:

• IoDeleteDevice

• IoGetInitialStack

• IoRaiseHardError

• IoRaiseInformationalHardError
