Install and set up Dynamics 365 Guides process

As an admin, perform the following steps to install and set up Dynamics 365 Guides.

Prerequisites

• Purchase a Dynamics 365 Field Service or Guides license.
• Requirements for installation are met.
• Have your network admin review and set up the network requirements, if necessary.

Install and set up Guides

1. Install the solution.

2. Assign licenses and add users.

3. Assign user roles.

4. Set up a Guides device license for multiple operators (optional).

5. Contact your Guides users to have them install the PC app and set up their HoloLens.
