Configures authorization for access to URLs.

`Authorization`	An array of AuthorizationRule values that specify access to URLs based on roles, users, and verbs.
`BypassLoginPages`	A read/write `boolean` value. `true` if URL authorization reads the `IS_LOGIN_PAGE` server variable and skips authorization checks; otherwise, `false`. The default is `true`.
`Location`	(Inherited from `ConfigurationSection`.) A key property.
`Path`	(Inherited from `ConfigurationSection`.) A key property.
`SectionInformation`	(Inherited from `ConfigurationSection`.)
