Apply Connect is an integration between applicant tracking system (ATS) and LinkedIn. It allows LinkedIn members to apply to jobs on LinkedIn without being redirected to external websites, and stay updated on their job application statuses.
With this integration, you, as a LinkedIn partner, can post jobs on LinkedIn on behalf of your customers, through your ATS, and receive all job applications directly into your ATS system.
Components
Apply Connect consists of the following components:
- A set of APIs to
- send job postings and associated application questions to LinkedIn.
- receive real-time job applications and skills match data from LinkedIn applicants.
- deliver job statuses to applicants to keep them updated.
- An interactive insights widget that appears on hover, optimized for candidate list views.
- A full-page Apply Connect profile widget rendered on the application view of a candidate.

Requirements
Use a LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate license or LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Services license to access real-time LinkedIn data directly in your ATS and evaluate applicants based on your job criteria.
