Hello. I am getting error code 0x80048820 when trying to sign in to the Xbox app on my PC. My Microsoft account works fine in the browser, but the app blocks me. I have already synced my clock, cleared the Store cache (wsreset), removed credentials from Credential Manager, deleted the TokenBroker folder, and re-registered apps via PowerShell. Nothing works. Could you please check my account on the backend or assist me via remote access?

    Hello Snow

Since you have already tried several methods, I would like to suggest another method for you to try:

    • Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps, then open Advanced options for Xbox app, Gaming Services, and Microsoft Store. Try Repair first, then Reset if needed.
