Castles under Virtual PC

Here is a game that I have not played in a long time. Castles is an interesting game - where you take the position of a medieval king who needs to spread his control over the local area. In this game you need to carefully balance money, food, labor and military resources - as well as handling local political issues. However most of the time is spent designing your castles and then sitting back and watching the little men build them ;-)

              

Castles runs perfectly under Virtual PC and I easily lost a couple of hours playing it again.

  Hmm, you're making me want to dig through may parents' attic & get all my old DOS games. Like Master of Magic!
