Compares two OracleBinary structures to determine if the first is greater than the second.

An OracleBoolean that is True if the first instance is greater than the second instance, otherwise False. If either instance of OracleBinary
is null, the Value of the OracleBoolean
will be Null.
Remarks
The equivalent method for this operator is OracleBinary.GreaterThan(OracleBinary, OracleBinary)
