Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the IsContextful property.

true if the Type can be hosted in a context; otherwise, false.
Remarks
This property is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code, and should not be called from managed code.
The Type.IsContextful property gets a value indicating whether the Type can be hosted in a context.
