Verifies that the expression is configured correctly and has no errors.

Exceptions

is a null reference (Nothing
in Visual Basic).
Remarks
If the RuleExpressionCondition contains errors (the Validate
method returns false
), then RuleValidation.Errors will contain the list of errors encountered.
