Aktivere felt for identifisering av kunder

Du kan angi et annet felt for Dataverse tabellene Kontakt og Forretningsforbindelse enn standardfeltene, og identifisere kunden som kontakter via talekanalen.

Hvis du for eksempel vil bruke feltene Dataverse som er oppført i tabellen, til å identifisere en taleanroper, utfører du trinnene nedenfor.
